Messy raw materials in, finished presentation out. Asset wrangling, image cleanup and enhancement, structure, narrative, embedded media, final polish pass.

Small edits, late tweaks, follow-up rounds, or anything outside the original scope. Quoted upfront when it shifts to a new fixed scope.

A short deck of clean, ready-to-use material lands at one end of these ranges. A long deck of messy, unsorted assets with embedded media lands at the other. Most of the variables fall into one of these.

How long the deck runs, and how many bespoke slides versus repeats.
Source material
Whether assets arrive clean and named, or as a folder dump across email, drives, and phones.
Image cleanup
Whether photos need crops, retouch, colour, or rebuilding from low-resolution screenshots.
Content readiness
Whether the script and structure are written, or still need shaping with you.
